Payment Options – Online Purchases

At present we offer payment using Paypal or Afterpay.

Paypal is a secure method of payment and does not require you to have a Paypal account to use.

Afterpay is a secure method of payment and does require you to have a Paypal account to use.

In-store Terms and Conditions of Purchase

We will gladly exchange or provide a store credit for full priced items within 7 days from the date of purchase for in-store purchases. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached and the original receipt.

Store Credits are valid for 3 months and will not be extended if unused. 

Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months. They will not be extended if unused. 

Credit notes and gift vouchers cannot be located if lost. Please hold onto yours! 

There are no returns or exchanges provided for sale and discounted items. 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, fair wear and tear or items used beyond their purpose. 

Laybys are for valid 4 weeks and require a 25% Deposit. There is a 25% non-refundable cancellation fee. There are no exchanges, credits or refunds provided for items placed on layby. 

Loyalty points cannot be redeemed on laybys, sale items or VIP Days.  

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase for any exchanges, credits or faulty queries.   

Montebello Emporium  In-Store VIP Program

Montebello Emporium offer’s an in-store VIP Loyalty Program for customers who make purchases in-store.

1 Loyalty Point is accumulated for every 1 Dollar spent in store.

25 Loyalty Points accumulate to 1 Dollar that is available to be redeemed on full priced purchases in-store.

Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed on layby purchases, sale items or VIP Days.

Please note that the VIP Loyalty Program is only available for purchases made in-store and is not available for purchases made online.

GST

All prices include a statutory 10% GST.

Stock Availability

We endeavour to have all our stock available at the time of order.

If for some unforeseen reason the item you purchased is not available, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Product Colors & Sizes

Every effort is made to ensure our product images reflect the items’ colour accurately.

As we stock many different brands, we have added a small fit description of each clothing item to assist you to select the correct size.
